THIS means, it is all under our control. Set of choices we make every single day not only makes us happier, it also makes us more successful as well.

MAXIMIZERS are the people who choose things with lots of options, takes long time to choose a thing needed for them.

SATISFICERS are the people who gets satisfied with the first one they see or they choose from minimum number of options.


Psychologically it is proved that MAXIMIZERS are the one who is less happy than the SATISFICERS

HENCE try to have little options to choose so that you can stop placing a big pressure on your mind and have mind peace.


FORGIVENESS

FORGIVENESS the most toughest part and indeed it needs a great heart to forgive someone. “Forgiveness is a great attribute to God”

A Simple quarrel with someone has a power to destroy the attitude of you.The whole day, You may act or talk aggressive to everyone you meet . You may feel disturbed .So just forgive because whatever happened is happened -just understand it and move on. Sometimes when you forgive it ,it makes the person feel some sort of humiliation in themselves and that makes them realize their mistake. FORGIVING people keeps you with peace of mind.
