GRATITUDE

Recognizing and imbibing the great things which you already have in your life will be the bedrock for all abundance in your life. Practice gratitude for what you require more in your life. Be grateful for everything; you will attain an extraordinary place beyond your imagination. It looks really simple and unimaginable, but it’s true, eventually. It makes you so positive that your perspective will change, and your soul will become more beautiful.

Do not complain about anything in your life. If you complain, it will end up with more problems and issues; as always, the law of attraction works. Waste of time, and there is no use if you complain, which is not in your hands. Traffic in the cities or the extreme weather changes are not in our control, and we better accept the reality. If we keep complaining, the consequences will be worries, anger, sadness, stress, and disputes in the relationship. If we complain about what we can change in our life, then replace it with gratitude rather than complaining. Slowly, you will taste the hidden benefits of gratitude.


Many people have questions about gratitude, what to gratitude, how to gratitude, and no time for gratitude. This article is useful for those who have those questions. What to gratitude?


Make gratitude classifications

  • Relationship–To whom you want to be grateful every day in your life. It can be your parents, spouse, children, brother, sister, friends, colleagues, employees, employer, role models, or teacher.

  • Spiritual–Thank you, god, for everything every day.

  • Health–Say thank you for your health every day.

  • Wealth–Be grateful for your Income and what you already have as wealth.

  • Career–Be grateful for what you are doing it right now, even though there is no satisfaction. Tiny changes every day make an enormous difference in your life, and they will also reflect in your career.

  • Technology–Show your gratitude for the technology that we are enjoying. For instance, Mobile phones and Artificial Intelligence make our life easier.

  • Knowledge–Be grateful for your knowledge, and ultimately you will get more of it.

When I can practice gratitude

Morning Routine gratitude

To save your time, you can practice gratitude in your morning routines like brushing, bathing, exercising, meditating, or in your commute as well.

Night before sleep

Before you sleep, close your eyes for 2 minutes and be thankful for the whole day.


How do gratitude?

Gratitude Journal

The best method most people follow is to write a gratitude list in a journal, which is very effective, specifically when you pen down your grateful list.

To make it easier,

Method 1

Assign gratitude for each day of the week.

For example:

  • Monday gratitude — Relationship

  • Tuesday gratitude — Spiritual

  • Wednesday gratitude–Health

Method 2

Each day, ask 5 different questions and be grateful for those.

For Instance

  • What’s your micro win?

  • Why are you happy?

  • What did you give or receive?

  • Did you help anyone?

  • What was your new learning?

  • Who helped you?

  • The money you earn and spend

  • Your dream

  • Your passion and zeal

  • Your ambitions and goals

  • Your vision

  • Your purpose of life
