1. Physical Activity


Daily physical activity makes our brain works effectively beyond our imagination. It can be anything. Not only do yoga and exercises, but you can also play sports, dance, swim, do martial arts, do adventure activities, etc.


Fix one particular time every day, either morning or evening, at your convenience. If possible, try to do it 5 days a week. Start practicing it and create physical activity as your routine. If you want to make more interest, create a peer group or mastermind group because, as a team, we can do a lot of things. We need some extrinsic motivation sometimes, especially for physical activities. Also, to make the activity enjoyable, buy one smartwatch and measure your activities. You feel better about yourself and have fun. All the fitness bands and smartwatches are available with the “Add friend” option to view each other’s activities, which will be a motivating factor for each one of us.

You can journal your gratitude or imagine what you’re grateful for. We highly recommend visualization in all areas. If you feel you have no time to write a journal, then say it loudly when you wake up in the morning in your morning rituals while brushing, bathing, meditating, or exercising.

If you learn new things every day, imagine how knowledgeable you become. Nothing is late. Even if you start today, you will learn a lot of things. My suggestion is to measure your learning. After a month, 6 months, and a year, it will give you an idea of how much you have learned so far. There is no particular time for learning. On your commute, you listen to audiobooks. You read blogs in your free time or at lunchtime; you read books before you go to bed. NEWS and general knowledge you discuss with your peer groups and mastermind people while having lunch and other free time.
